The status of your order is easy to find.
Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Visit the ACEHardware.com website. Sign in for your Order History at ACEHardware.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders. If you checked out as a guest, please refer to your confirmation email for the package tracking number.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
There may be times when you wish to cancel the order you have placed (after you have clicked “Place Order” on ACEHardware.com, your order begins to process).
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so from ACEHardware.com on either your “Order History” page, under My Account (if you are logged into the ACEHardware.com website), or through the Track Your Order page. Since the system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible, you may not be able to cancel your Ship-to-Home order before it has been shipped your way. If you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions and returning to your High Country Lumber.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition. Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable. For questions on returns, call 760-873-5874.
Pet Food (and similar products) are not returnable, but they may be refundable.

If you have a house charge account with HIGH COUNTRY LUMBER, online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account and you establish a password. When paying with credit card, a convenience fee may be charged to your account the following month.
In a hurry or need something right away? Free Store Pick up: Fulfilled from High Country Lumber allows you to buy online from your local Ace, High Country Lumber and pick up in 15 minutes. Item(s) must be in-stock and order placed at least 30 minutes before store closing at the participating Ace store selected. Next business morning pickup is available for orders placed outside of business hours. Excludes assembly and tinted paint. Barring unforeseen circumstances. When an item on ACEHardware.com is available for Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Warehouse, that means you can save shipping costs by choosing to have your item(s) delivered to an High Country Lumber – Ace Hardware for FREE! Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Warehouse is available only to ACEHardware.com online customers.
Please note: High Country Lumber will hold your order for up to 5 days.
